From CCTV to communications equipment, and livery to light bars, we understand that your fleets will have existing or direct sourced equipment that needs to be fitted during the conversion build process.
At any one time we can have several concurrent conversion production lines operating within our manufacturing facilities. It is our absolute priority to ensure that any equipment supplied to us remains safe, secure, and traceable throughout the process.
To enable us to properly book-in, locate, issue, and record fitment of your free issue equipment to your vehicles, we ask that all of our customers follow the process outlined below. Your Business Development Manager can support you in completion of any documentation.
- Itemise free issue equipment to be fitted on Form SUP-FRM-002, which is available for download below. Please include part numbers (where applicable), item description, position on vehicle to be fitted, and in what quantities the part will be supplied.
- Submit SUP-FRM-002 to freeissue@cartwrightvc.com, or raise a support ticket at cartwrightvc.freshdesk.com in advance of the equipment being sent. Our Engineering and Supply Chain teams will then create parts records within our ERP system for all of your components, ensuring they can be safely tracked through our warehouse and production facilities. Additionally, this allows time for our Engineering team to review the parts list and raise any queries with you.
- Send or drop off your free issue equipment at least one week in advance of scheduled build start. This allows time for the equipment to be checked and booked-in to our warehouse. Any delay in receiving free issue equipment may result in rescheduling of the conversion. Free issue equipment should be sent to:
